About Me

At the heart of my practice is a commitment to providing evidence-based therapy and support to my clients. I first began my journey to becoming a therapist when I received my Bachelor’s in Psychology from the University of Maryland in 2018. Maryland is where I grew up but I quickly made the decision to move to beautiful Colorado after college. I then completed my Master’s in Social Work from the University of Denver in 2022. Since then, I have practiced therapy in both residential and outpatient facilities. I currently work as an individual outpatient therapist.

When I am not in my therapist chair, I enjoy getting to see much of the nature Colorado has to offer, especially hiking up in the mountains. I enjoy getting to both play and watch sports with my free time. Despite growing up in Maryland I am a huge Ohio State football fan having been born in Columbus. I am also quite happy playing a board game or reading a fantasy novel while hanging out with my wife and cat.
